Charlotte P. Yochem has been licensed as a Texas attorney since 1994 and a Colorado attorney since 2020.
A graduate of Vassar College and St. Mary’s University School of Law, Charlotte spent the first five years of her legal career practicing trial law. Over the next nine years she earned her securities and insurance licenses and built a high net-worth clientele investment advisory and planning practice.
Since 2005, Charlotte has practiced estate planning and probate law for clients, first through her law partnership, Yochem & McKain, PLLC, then as a solo practitioner, now South West Estate Planning ltd.
Charlotte’s legal experience and her investment advisory experience form a solid foundation for the holistic estate planning offered to South West Estate Planning ltd. clients.
